「赤兔戰馬」將中國神話中良駒英俊挺拔的神采加以提煉，並延續他獨創的創作符碼：象徵出類拔萃與領導才華的獨角，角上有著基因般螺旋的指紋印記，「此戰馬非彼戰馬」，它已化為靈獸，通天達地。頭頂尖角，奔騰而起，似乎是在向人們傳遞一種積極向上昂首向前的精神力量；金縷衣盔甲在身，則強調其忠心驍勇和專注無畏的博大精神。他豎起耳朵耳聽四面，精神矍鑠的步態輕盈矯健，運動中被凝固下來的靜止的瞬間才得以看清靈獸之態。而赤兔戰馬的造型同時也呼應了西方文化裡的獨角獸，現行西方文化裡的獨角獸則形如白馬，額前有一個螺旋角，代表高貴、高傲和純潔。這種結合是藝術家創作理念裡融古塑今、鑄造經典，連結東西文明的思想呈現。
赤兔戰馬亦非古代戰馬的寫實之作，雖來源於古典，卻發自於現代，不論是頭部突出的尖角還是充滿分量感的盔甲，都與尋常意義的赤兔戰馬有所差別。它帶領我們穿越古今，從東方奔向西方，將這種積極向上勇往直前的精神與信念向世界傳遞。
"Swift Horse" is a creation by Shih Li-Jen, who extracted the noble and handsome appearance of the legendary Chinese warhorse from mythology and infused it with his own creative codes. The single horn on its head, bearing a genetic spiral fingerprint, symbolizes excellence and leadership talent. "This is not an ordinary warhorse," as it has transformed into a divine beast that traverses heaven and earth. The horned horse gallops into the sky, seemingly conveying a powerful spirit of positive upward momentum. The golden armor on its body emphasizes its loyalty, courage, and fearless devotion. With its ears pricked up and alert, its spirit is agile and vigorous, and the moments of stillness captured during its movement reveal the essence of the divine beast.
The appearance of "Swift Horse" also echoes the Western cultural concept of the unicorn, which is typically depicted as a white horse with a spiral horn on its forehead, representing nobility, pride, and purity. This fusion of Eastern and Western cultures is a manifestation of the artist's creative vision, which combines the classical and the contemporary, connects Eastern and Western civilizations, and forges a new artistic classic.
Although "Swift Horse" has its roots in the classics, it is a modern creation that departs from the traditional depictions of ancient warhorses. Its pointed horn and weighty armor are different from what is commonly associated with the "Red Hare" warhorse. It leads us through time and space, from the East to the West, conveying this spirit of positive and forward momentum and faith to the world.
